Indie throwback RPG Dragon Fantasy is already a big hit on the Vita and iOS, but it looks like that wasn’t enough success for Muteki Corporation’s creative director Adam Rippon. According to Adam, the first half of the retro RPG will be hitting the 3DS store this spring, with the second half arriving as early as in the fall or winter.
Another point of good news for Nintendo fans is that this version of the game will be a so-called “definitive version” that includes features not seen in previous iterations. Among these changes are the expected appearance of 3D visuals, built-in maps of towns/dungeons, dual screen battles and a handy feature that lets you turn off all random battles.
