Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butouden, Arc System Works’ upcoming 2D fighting game based on the Dragon Ball manga and anime franchise, will be available for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan from June 11 onwards. This is according to a new V Jump scan (via Shounen Gamez).

Pre-orders of the game will come with the following bonuses:

  • Gold Frieza as a playable character (pictured above)
  • Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta (unclear whether a supporting character or playable) if the player has save data for Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission 2
  • A code to play Dragon Ball Z: Super Butouden 2
  • A Dragon Ball Heroes Revival of F Goku card
  • A Golden Frieza Dragon Ball Discross disc

Next month’s V Jump will include a demo code for the game, in which players will be able to play as Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, and Majin Buu. This demo’s save data can be carried over to the final game, which will unlock a playable Revival of F Goku character, and carry over power levels.
