Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Spike Chunsoft have announced the next Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO DLC content and updates for 2026.
The new content starts this month when the game adds a new Mission 100 mode on January 26th, followed by a new Survival Mode this summer. The Switch 2 and Switch 2 versions will get the previous updates and DLC on other platforms sometime this winter.
The game’s new Mission 100 mode will let players enjoy a singe-player mode with 100 battles that have specific conditions for both opponents and your team, reminiscent of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3.
“Players who have experienced the previous title (Tenkaichi 3) will recognize many familiar missions, so we hope you enjoy them,” game producer Jun Furutani said.
The new large scale DLC will bring with it new playable characters, new moves, stages, battle modes, costumes, and another new single-player mode. Initial new characters teased include: Super Saiyan Bardock, Super Android 17 (GT), and King Piccolo. The DLC will also include new special moves for Goku and Vegeta.
