Bandai Namco have announced the FighterZ Pass 3 season pass for new characters, including Kefla and Goku (Ultra Instinct). In addition, the game will soon update to include Z Assist Select.
The announcements came via the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour 2020 Finals tournament. The Season Pass DLC will include characters Kefla (on February 26th) and Goku in his Ultra Instinct form (Spring 2020). Three other characters will be announced at a later date.
While available separately, those who purchase the DLC early will get the characters two days early.

In addition, Bandai Namco announced a new feature coming to the game [1, 2]. While character’s assist attack is fixed, an update will soon introduce “Z Assist Select” allowing players to choose one of three assist attacks for each character during character selection.
Rather than choosing a character only for their assist attack or their size, the developers hope this will allow for new combos and team combinations.
