Klei Entertainment have confirmed that Don’t Starve: Giant Edition is coming to Playstation Vita on September 2nd.

The Giant Edition of Don’t Starve will set you back $14.99, and it is cross buy enabled across Playstation 4. If you already own the game on PS4, you can therefore get it for free on the Playstation Vita. There is a downside to the PS Vita port, however, in that Klei had to rewrite lots of the code, meaning your save won’t be ported over. Sad face.

Don’t Starve was first made available for Linux, Mac and Windows PC back in April of 2013 and recently to PS4 this past January.
