Klei Entertainment has confirmed that Don’t Starve is coming to the Playstation Vita in the form of Don’t Starve: Giant Edition.

The Giant Edition of Don’t Starve is coming with the original game, as well as all of the updates that have come out on both PC and PS4. The most notable of included content is the Reign of Giants expansion, which comes with new seasonal challenges, new creatures, and even more things you can gather from the environment.

The Vita version will make full use of the handheld’s front touch screen for maps, menu navigation, items, and crafting.  Naturally, the game also supports buttons for those purists out there.

Klei didn’t confirm a release date, but they did confirm that they’re working on the “final steps” towards bringing Reign of Giants to the PS4.
