Dog Version Confirmed for Swery’s New Game, The Good Life

White Owls, Swery’s new game development studio, has announced they’re adding dogs to the mix in their upcoming cat-themed life simulation RPG The Good Life.

While the game involves a small town where people turn into cats at night, the game will come in a new version where everyone becomes dogs at night instead. The endless debate over whether dogs or cats are better continues. Featured above, you can view a new trailer introducing the new game version.

Playing as a dog will let you dig holes and follow the trail of a scent, as well as picking up different items – all of which let you interact with the townspeople differently. Playing as a cat will let you climb up to high places and also fit into small pathways. The game’s multiplayer mode lets both cat and dog versions interact with each other, including peeing everywhere to mark your territory.
