    Japanese publisher M2 has announced DoDonPachi Blissful Death is getting a new enhanced re-release.

    The new “ShotTriggers” re-release for the classic CAVE-developed shoot ’em up will launch sometime in 2023, for Japan.

    Platforms weren’t announced, however, the above teaser compares the original game to its new enhanced port, which is running on PlayStation 4 hardware.

    The new enhanced re-release will include the following:

    • Super Easy mode that even beginners can play until the end.
    • Equipped with M2 gadgets and arcade challenges to help you capture.
    • Adjustments with the highest precision ever.
