While we previously confirmed Divinity: Original Sin 2 is heading to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in August of this year, the massive CRPG is getting a slightly earlier launch on Xbox One.
Publisher Bandai Namco has confirmed the game will launch for Xbox Game Preview on May 16th. Featured above, you can view a new trailer showcasing the game’s Xbox build.
Fans who get the game via Xbox Game Preview can play the first three hours of gameplay for free – you can then choose to purchase the game and unlock the entire First Act, which includes roughly 20 hours of gameplay. Any progress you made will be carried over when the full game launches in August.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 is currently available for Windows PC. In case you missed it, you can find our thorough review for the game here (we highly recommend it!).
