Rejoice, Divinity fans, because the big update has finally arrived!! The new companion content that was promised many months ago has been added into the game with its latest patch, and now you have a reason to spend another 80+ hours in front of your PC again.

In the update, Swen Vicke also mentions that several dozen left over collector’s editions of the Kickstarter’ed title have yet to receive homes, which makes me wish I could walk in and buy one before these folks wise up and give them their shipping info.

New recruitable PCs aren’t the only addition to the hit CRPG, however. A *very* long change list can be seen here that goes fairly deep down into your browser scroll bar.

Some of these additions require a clean start of the game, however, so keep that in mind when running off to test the new content.
