Publisher and developer Gameloft has announced Disney Speedstorm will leave paid early access in September, upon which it will go free-to-play.

They added, “Moving to a free-to-play experience will also allow for more players to share in a fully robust competitive and co-op racing experience.”
Disney Speedstorm has been available since April 2023 across Windows PC (via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
