Diablo III: Eternal Collection Heads to Switch in 2018

Blizzard Entertainment is porting Diablo III: Eternal Collection to Nintendo Switch.

The latest version of the game includes the base Diablo III game, plus its Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer expansions, as well as all of its post-launch content and patches, for $59.99.

The news was supposed to be announced tomorrow, however, it was published ahead of embargo by Forbes.

The Switch port of the game comes with some exclusive The Legend of Zelda-themed content:

  • A “Legend of Ganondorf” cosmetic armor set
  • A “Tri-Force” portrait frame
  • A “Chicken” pet
  • An “Echoes of the Mask” cosmetic set of wings

The Switch version of Diablo III will also also have several ways to play together, including up to four player local cooperative play, or locally on four different Switch consoles, as well as the standard online multiplayer. Lastly, there’s also cloud save support.

Diablo III: Eternal Collection is currently available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
