TotalBiscuit is known for his harsh criticism of games and topics within the industry, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that some developers have been rubbed the wrong way by his choice words.
Now, some developers were apparently so upset with his coverage of their game, Day One: Garry’s Incident, that they actually filed a copyright claim on youtube to have his video taken down.

The TL;DR version of the whole incident is that the developers gave him the code, he used the code to critique the game, the developer didn’t like it, then they filed a claim against him on youtube to have the video taken down.
