Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba continues with an upcoming anime for the “Swordsmith Village” arc being announced.
The series, which has experienced growing popularity abroad will continue its story after the conclusion of its second season earlier this month.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba began as a manga series in 2016 and ended its run after 23 volumes in May 2020. The series premiered as an anime in 2019 which was followed by the wildly successful Demon Slayer: Mugen Train film. Demon Slayer: Mugen Train managed to become the highest grossing film ever in Japan despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic affecting theaters.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba takes place in a historical fantasy version of Taisho-era Japan. Tanjiro Kamado is the child of charcoal sellers, and is out selling his families wares when they are attacked by demons.
By the time he returns home, his parents are dead and his sister has been corrupted. In order to save his sister and defeat the demon that killed his parents, Tanjiro gets himself recruited by the demon slayer Giyu Tomioka.
