Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles adds Advanced Demon Nezuko

Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles has added Advanced Demon form Nezuko, news confirmed by Sega.

The new character is a variant of Nezuko, the main character’s Tanjiro’s younger sister, which appeared during the Entertainment District story arc. Nezuko is the second of 7 planned DLC characters for the game, the first being Tengen Uzui who released last month.

Unlike Nezuko’s other forms in Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles, her Advanced Demon form takes on a different appearance than she’s normally portrayed as. Instead of her young, sometimes childlike style, this new form makes her look more like an adult, along with the addition of a single horn on her head.

This DLC release also comes with a new update that adds group matches to Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles’s online lobbies. With this, up to 8 players can join together in a lobby to battle each other. Matches will involve 2 at a time while the rest spectate the match.

Here’s a rundown on the new content that’s already come and is upcoming:
