Indie developer Tobyfox has announced the release date for the PS4 version of Deltarune: Chapter 1.

The first chapter in the new Undertale spiritual successor is set for a simultaneous release with the Switch version, on February 28th. The first chapter of the game will be available free of charge, while the remaining chapters will be paid (whenever they release).
