Despite the growing pains many users are having regarding Youtube’s stricter copyrighting and content policies, it seems like the video network isn’t stopping in their quest to think of the children.
The latest in forced removals of videos is the official trailer for Dekamori Senran Kagura, the cooking rhythm spin-off being developed by Japanese developer Meteorise. The series has been known for extreme levels of fanservice and partial nudity, while Dekamori seems to raise that bar even higher.
The game is definitely borderline inappropriate for most users, but it still has no actual full nudity, nor is there any full nudity in the trailer itself. When you try to view the video now, you’re greeted with this message:
Naturally this was probably the result of several users filing age complaints against the video, so it won’t be surprising to see the video return later with an age-gate to restrict users by their account information.
The removal of the video, despite it being on an publisher’s official channel, comes with little surprise as reports of even the official Xbox channel having a Call of Duty trailer taken down have been seen.
