Previously, Koei Tecmo hinted at a new Deception game that would be revealed soon. Now, we’ve learned (via Game Jouhou) the game is actually an expansion for Deception IV: Blood Ties.

To be clear, the full Japanese name for the new game is Kagero: The Other Princess, which leads us to believe this is directly linked to Deception IV, which is known in Japan as Kagero: Darkside Princess. The Famitsu report describes the game as a “plus” version, and that it comes with other improvements.

There’s a new protagonist named Valkyrie, and she’s dubbed the “nightmare princess,” mostly because she makes you have, well, nightmares. She’s the daughter of an evil god, and she’s been losing powers due to people sleeping more, it seems. There’s also a new Quest Mode with over a hundred quests, a new edit mode dubbed the Deception Studio, and new traps.

Deception IV: The Other Princess is coming to Japan on March 26th across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.
