Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day, the game by Suda 51, Namco Bandai and Katsuhiro Otomo (Akira), is a “high speed effect action game” based off the upcoming movie by Otomo, Short Peace. It’s a 2D sidescroller with some pretty fast and frantic action, you can see some gameplay below:

The story is about the only daughter of underground zaibatsu conglomerate Tsukigime Enterprises – her name is Ranko Tsukigime. The zaibatsu itself controls Japan’s Tsukigime Parking Lots. During the day she’s another average high schooler but as night falls she becomes a professional hitman for the zaibatsu.
