Somehow the debut screenshots for Nippon Ichi Software’s upcoming roguelike/savior simulator, The Guided Fate Cross Thesis, completely eluded us when they were first revealed.
The game is a direct sequel to The Guided Fate Paradox, which we originally reported on here. You can also check out our review for The Guided Fate Paradox here, in case you haven’t gotten a chance to play it yet.
The Guided Fate Cross Thesis rejects the 2D sprites of the original for chibi 3D graphics, a totally new style that you can see in the new screenshots. The story takes places a few years after the events of The Guided Fate Paradox, and it puts you into the shoes of a new human turned god/savior, who has the unfortunate task of choosing which one of his lady friends will die.
