Stardock Entertainment has revealed the first gameplay footage for Galactic Civilizations 3, their upcoming bold return to the 4X series that has been a staple within the genre for years. The reveal of this gameplay is to coincide with the game entering Early Access via Steam tomorrow, March 27th.
The alpha gameplay is roughly two minutes, and while it doesn’t seem like a whole lot of time, Stardock’s Adam Biessener is definitely very proud with how solid the game looks, even in such an early alpha build. However, the footage shown below is from an earlier build than the one that will be made available sometime tomorrow to Early Access buyers on Steam.
