Death's Gambit: Afterlife Xbox One port

Publisher Serenity Forge and developer White Rabbit announced a Death’s Gambit: Afterlife Xbox One port is coming alongside new DLC for the game.

While the is coming sometime in spring 2022, the new “Ashes of Vados” downloadable content is coming on February 10th for Windows PC (via Steam), with an Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 release coming sometime in spring 2022 as well. A price point is set at $7.99.

It’s worth noting that White Rabbit confirmed Ashes of Vados is launching for PlayStation and Nintendo Switch in spring 2022 alongside the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions of Death’s Gambit: Afterlife.

Furthermore, a physical release of Death’s Gambit: Afterlife was released for Switch today – it includes a copy of the game, a sticker sheet, a double-sided poster, and an illustrated inner coversheet.

Here’s a rundown on the new DLC:

Ashes of Vados introduces a brand-new boss encounter with a drastically different heroic boss variant that will conclude the final story thread of Death’s Gambit: Afterlife. In addition, Ashes of Vados will test your mettle with the ultimate platforming challenge level and a new Arena with both boss rush and horde mode. The DLC will also spice up new runs of the game with alternative game modifiers that completely flip the experience on its head, with modes like randomized items, heroic forced and hardcore mode. All of these new challenges come with their own set of rewards, so go out there and conquer Ashes of Vados.

The original Death’s Gambit has been available for Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4. Death’s Gambit
