Namco Bandai has finally confirmed the release date for Dark Souls II on PC and Steam – the title will be launching on April 25th across both a standalone PC release and an integrated Steam release.

For those of our readers who are PC enthusiasts, Dark Souls II will have four times the resolution of the game running on consoles, and it will also run at a rock solid 60 frames per second. From Software has also been working on adapting the mouse and keyboard controls for the PC.

Namco Bandai is also releasing a collector’s edition for Dark Souls II on PC that includes a lot of goodies, namely a t-shirt, the collector’s art book, a cloth map, and the black armor DLC.
