With Danganronpa 2 out and available now, it’s time to shift focus to Another Episode, the upcoming game in the series that shifts gears into a rather ridiculous action game. You play as Komaru Naegi, Makoto Naegi’s younger sister, and she’s armed with a…megaphone?

Yup, you’ll get to blast through tons of enemies, all of which seem to be made in Monokuma’s image, so this will be a great way to take out all that pent up frustration against Monokuma from the first two games. Anyway, check out the trailer! Oh – and fair warning. SPOILERS AHEAD!

With all of the great animation work that’s gone into this trailer, I’m expecting the game to look awesome. Danganronpa is well known for it’s style, so I’m quite interested to see how the cardboard cutout style the first two games had will be transferred into a 3D environment. And with Komaru being assisted by Toko / Genocider Sho (or Jill), this game will surely be entertaining.
