Cyber Citizen Shockman Zero getting modern release in July

Ratalaika Games will port Cyber Citizen Shockman Zero to modern platforms via a partnership with Masaya Games and Shinyuden.

Cyber Citizen Shockman Zero (改造町人シュビビンマン零) is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 on July 5th.

The sidescrolling action game was originally launched for the Satellaview peripheral for the Super Famicom back in 1997. It has never been ported since until a limited 20th anniversary release in 2017 for the Super Famicom. The fourth and final game in the series, it was the first to be released outside the PC-Engine.

Ratalaika Games has ported all three previous Cyber Citizen Shockman games to the same modern platforms across Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch.
