Crunchyroll has announced they will be streaming the latest Re:ZERO OVA, Re:ZERO The Frozen Bond beginning April 30th.
The English subtitled trailer from Crunchyroll announces the official premiere date as May 1st, however according to Anime News Network Re:ZERO The Frozen Bond will actually premiere on April 30th.
The western release comes about five months after the Japanese theatrical premiere in November of 2019, and a month after the Blu-Ray release on April 1st.
Re:ZERO The Frozen Bond is a prequel OVA, following the meeting and adventures of Emilia and Puck from Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World. The OVA is directed by Masaharu Watanabe and animated by White Fox animation studio. A manga for the prequel will begin this spring on the Manga Up! reader.

Originally a light novel series by Tappei Nagatsuki, Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World has gone on to become a multimedia franchise. Three different manga series, a video game, a 2016 anime, and multiple OVAs have been released to follow along with the original 2012 novels.
