After a blatant tease, Mikage (new studio by former Imageepoch president Ryoei Mikage) has announced their next game – Criminal Girls X.

The new game is being developed for smartphones and PC in Japan, to celebrate the 10th anniversary for the RPG series, which launched back in 2010. Featured above, you can view the announcement trailer for the game.

While Nippon Ichi Software retains the rights to the Criminal Girls name in Japan, Mikage hasn’t decided yet if they’ll work with the publisher on a console and/or western release. The Japan release will support VR, and a PS4 version could happen (if so, it will support VR too).

Further details weren’t confirmed, however we’ll get more info on April 26th. You can visit the game’s official website here.
