Developer Toys for Bob and publisher Activision have announced that Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will be coming to Steam this month.
The fourth entry in the beloved platformer series is coming to Steam on October 18th. The PC version of the game had been only available on the publisher’s own launcher, Battle.net.
Along with this announcement comes a teaser where Activision sent gaming influencers (Canadian Guy Eh) pizza boxes which read, ““Aku Aku’s Steam-In Pizza Shack. Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is coming to Steam October 18th.” The bottom of the receipt follows up with, “Hungry for more? Try out our new Wumpa Pizza for $12.08!”
The latter statement appears to be teasing the date, December 8th of this year – this happens to also be the date of the upcoming The Game Awards 2022 show. The event not only has gaming awards given out, but also major gaming announcements revealed. So it’s likely this is what this is referring to.
