Gl33k are an indie studio based out of Austin, Texas, and they’ve been working on a very special game for Mac and PC. Their new game, Cosmic DJ, is now available via Steam Early Access, and it looks pretty damn amazing.

Featured above, you can get a sense of what Cosmic DJ is all about. Players will have to tap out or align various beats using a grid sequence and different instruments, and the tracks created within the game can be exported and shared. The game also comes with a story mode and a quick play mode.

The game’s description is equally as hilarious as the trailer:

“Set among the stars, you will strive to become the legendary Cosmic DJ through six musical adventures as you’re tasked with repairing the all-important ‘Jamtennas’ and bring harmony back to the galaxy. Only you, the ‘Cosmic DJ of Legend’ can bring musical harmony back to the galaxy.”

The alpha for the game is currently available at $5.39, a ten percent discount down from its regular $5.99 price.
