Publisher Bandai Namco and developer D.A.G. have announced Project:;COLD case.mirage, a new mystery adventure game focused on computer sleuthing.

Project:;COLD case.mirage is in development for Windows PC (via Steam) and Nintendo Switch (via the eShop) and is actually now available in Japan. A western release wasn’t announced.

Project:;COLD case, mirage is a mystery adventure full of surprises. Can you analyze clues from websites, surveillance footage, smartphones, and conversations to discover the shocking truth? Your discoveries could alter the course of fate in this intense visual novel experience.

SYNOPSIS

You’ve lost your memory, but a mysterious boy who appears on your desktop screen, “Iori Heartfield”, will guide you through what’s known as the Mirage Forest fire, a tragic incident where five girls lost their lives. The fire was no accident, and it’s up to you to put together the pieces and find out what happened – both to the victims of this tragedy and your missing memory. Only through diligent detective work will you be able to unravel the mystery!
