We’ve learned some tragic news – comic book industry legend Stan Lee has died.

The industry veteran and Marvel Comics co-creator died at the age of 95, according to TMZ.

An ambulance was reportedly sent to Lee’s Hollywood Hills home this morning, to which Lee was promptly brought to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he passed away.

We’ll never forget you Stan – your legacy will live on in the beloved characters you created. Excelsior!
