Prototype Ltd. is bringing the love adventure classic, Clannad, to yet another platform roughly ten years after its original release on Windows PC back in April of 2004.

The high definition release is actually in celebration of its ten year anniversary, although the game has been ported to most other platforms including PS2, PSP, Xbox 360, PS3, and even Android devices. Clannad on Vita is coming with touch functionality and high resolution images and artwork.

The Playstation Vita version will work via the handheld itself, or via the Vita TV, when it launches this summer in Japan. The game will cost 4,800 yen at retail, or 4,300 via the Playstation Network. If you owned the Playstation Portable original, you can even get the Vita version for the low price of 1,500 yen.
