Edia has announced a PC port for Cho Aniki Collection, a modern PC release for the classic absurdist shoot ’em up games.
The Cho Aniki Collection is coming to Windows PC (via Steam) with both Japanese and English languages. A release date wasn’t announced.
Originally released for Nintendo Switch in Japan back in December 2024, while it launched globally in January 2025.
Here’s a rundown on the new release:
The first game in the legendary Cho Aniki series of shooting games created by Masaya, Cho Aniki (PC Engine), and the second game in the series, Ai Cho Aniki (PC Engine), have been fully ported for the Steam®.
The ports of these classics boast a number of additional features, such as Sound Mode, Visual Mode, and Rewind.
These titles are an absolute must for retro game and shooting game fans alike.
