Tripwire Interactive have announced the release date and an upcoming beta for Torn Banner Studios’ Chivalry 2.
As previously reported, the game is set 20 years after the original, and revolves around a new leader rising up to challenge Malric’s rule. Up to 64 players can duke it out in first-person melee-focused medieval battles across Team Objective maps, castle sieges, and more.
Along with the release date, the new trailer announced those who pre-ordered the game would gain access to the closed beta; running from March 26th to March 29th. Other pre-order bonuses include the Royal Zweihänder weapon.
