Check Out the First Five Minutes of Guilty Gear Xrd: Sign’s Single Player

Arc System Works has published a brand new video for Guilty Gear Xrd: Sign.

Featured above, the new video showcases the first five minutes of the game’s story mode. The game’s story follows the exploits of Ramlethal Valentine, the emotionless and war-hungry boss character who declared war on the entire world.

Guilty Gear Xrd: Sign is coming to both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 on December 4th in Japan and on December 16th in North America.

    Deliberately limiting the 3D animation to make it look like anime is a really weird look that I don’t think I’ll ever get used to. It’s fine for the actual game, but not these cutscenes.

    Agreed. The cutscenes look pretty stiff animation wise, it’s only when the characters are still that it look close to the original style.

    Loving the 3D that looks like 2D. Though as others have mentioned it does look a bit stiff at times. Also love the focus on single player. Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one that cares about single player in fighting games. Shame they’re not going with the current trend of releasing fighting games on the PC. I have some of the older Guilty Gear games on GOG before they were removed from there.
