Larian Studios have put out a new update for Divinity: Original Sin that adds a ton of new skills, environmental changes, status effects, and an overhaul of the UI in the game.
This build is the last release that has limitations on the exploration in game, meaning the next update will bring a totally open world for you to explore and have fun in. There will be new changes to the environment, like having a new tunnel that opens up to a completely new area.

Lastly, the user interface in Original Sin was completely overhauled to show more icons and to be a bit more manageable on the eyes. Difficulty was tweaked a bit to make the game more challenging, more notably there will be a bit less experience earned after each battle, and enemy AI has been improved as well.
Divinity: Original Sin is scheduled for a full launch on the 25th of April.
