There is another program called Pokemon Transporter, which will allow you to transfer Pokemon between Pokemon Black, White, their sequels, and Pokemon X & Y.

Finally, Nintendo announced that the limited edition Pokemon X and Y-themed blue and red 3DS bundles will be coming to North America for $199 on September 27.
