Now that Koei Tecmo recently unveiled the PlayStation Vita port of Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires, the next step has begun – screenshots.
Famitsu has shared the first batch of screenshots for the newly announced Empires port, and they look great.
As mentioned in the previous article, the new port will come with all of the DLC from the console version so far, as well as the ability to play in an Ad-Hoc mode with friends. There was also mention of a “Free-to-Play” version of the game that is likely built for co-op (kind of like DS Download Play), but there has not been any other information on that yet.
Also, the new screenshots sadly don’t seem to hold any more information on the new Raid Scenario Mode, which promises intense difficulty that will require your best strategies and play.
Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires has yet to announce a release date for the Vita version, though the base game has been released on PS4, PS3, and Xbox One (and PC in Europe/US).
