CCP Games revealed a new game quietly over this weekend – Gunjack.

A trademark for the game was filed previously, only now we’ve learned the true nature of the game – a Samsung Gear VR-exclusive game. Built from the ground up to work in virtual reality, you can view the above trailer to get a sense of how the game looks and plays.

It’s not clear if the game is an on-rails experience, or if you can move around by looking in said direction. Either way, the game is looking quite good, and is described as an arcade shooter filled with pirates and defending mining operations. It’s also set in the same universe as EVE and Dust 514.

A release date for Gunjack wasn’t confirmed – but we’ll keep you guys posted.
