Castlestorm was once a PC and Xbox 360 exclusive, but it is now finally making its way (today) to Playstation, on both the Playstation 3 and PS Vita.

Castlestorm is a mix of brawling, melee combat and tower defense. The game features the chivalrous Knights fighting the uncouth Vikings in a brutal war of supremacy. As you progress through the game, you’ll unlock more dastardly weapons to use against your foes.

The game is fun and goofy, but it also has a lot of depth as you’ll have to strategically plan out the layout of your castle and the implementation of your troops. Improperly time something and it could spell doom for your castle, and your people.

Castlestorm will be available today for for $9.99, that is whenever the Playstation Store updates. The game supports cross-buy, so whichever platform you buy it on, you’ll get it free on the other. A demo will also be available as well.
