Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card sequel announced

Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card

A sequel to the 2018 anime Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card has been announced!

The 2018 series is a sequel to the original Cardcaptor Sakura after Sakura managed to collect all the Clow Cards and turn them into her own Sakura Cards.

Now in middle school, Sakura has new challenges to face and when an ominous dream where the cards become transparent comes true it’s up to her to get to the bottom of it.

Cardcaptor Sakura began as a manga in 1996 from CLAMP and was adapted to an anime only two years later. The series became one of the first Magical Girl (Mahou Shojou) anime titles to achieve mainstream popularity in the west when it aired on Cartoon Network.

A premiere date for the upcoming sequel has yet to be announced.

A basement-dwelling ogre, Brandon's a fan of indie games and slice of life anime. Has too many games and not enough time.
