Inti Creates has announced free monthly content updates for Card-en-Ciel are planned from this month through next year.
Card-en-Ciel will get free monthly content updates until “at least” March 2025 adding new extra dungeons, alternate versions of cards, and more. The game’s official soundtrack was also released on its Steam page, too.
Here’s a rundown on the new content:
Card-en-Ciel’s 5-month content update roadmap
From November 2024, Card-en-Ciel will receive monthly free content updates until at least March 2025, including new Extra Dungeons, “Another” alternate versions of cards, and Challenge Battles.
For the first update in November, several new post-game Extra Dungeons will be added, each with their own special rules. One of these dungeons will have players draw an extra 3 cards a turn, making it much easier to build devastating combos, but the brutal enemies within will require every ounce of power from players.
Another special challenge is a dungeon with 9 floors, triple the amount of any other dungeon. This also means 6 more Muses available to players, enabling truly superior deck builds. But each floor will pose an increasingly harder challenge, with the hardest boss to date awaiting at the end.
Official Soundtrack released on Steam
The Official Card-en-Ciel Soundtrack is now available on Steam for $24.99 or 10% off in a bundle with the full game. Current owners will be able to complete their bundle to receive this discount. The Card-en-Ciel soundtrack features 17 background music tracks alongside all 50 vocal songs performed by Card-en-Ciel’s Muses for a total of 67 tracks. Album art and metadata for the music is also included.
Card-en-Ciel was just launched in October 2024 for Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PS4, and PS5.
