Capcom has released the final making of video for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.

Featured above, the final video in their video series reveals the studio is already working on the planning for the next Resident Evil game.

The game’s executive producer, Jun Takeuchi, said that “plans for the next title are already in motion, and when you see that game you may find that it is very different from Resident Evil 7 in some ways.”

Takeuchi also talks up the series in general, saying that they want to see “how we can continue to evolve survival horror itself.” However, he noted that they want to create horror experiences where “characters overcome a difficult situation,” which he notes is what the genre is all about.
