Hololive talent Calliope Mori announced that her original song “Go-Getters” is the ending theme for the upcoming Suicide Squad ISEKAI anime.
Announced last year, Suicide Squad ISEKAI follows the titular gang of villains/anti-heroes after they’re transported to a fantasy world. There’s just one major problem, the bombs that keep them under control are intact, and unless they get home in 62 hours they’re all going to die.
The squad is thrown in the middle of a war between a kingdom and empire, with fantasy monsters thrown in the mix. The series will have a full Japanese voice cast including Anna Nagase as Harley Quinn, Takehito Koyase as Peacemaker, Subaru Kimura as King Shark, and more.

Calliope Mori (affectionately referred to as Mori or Calli by fans and fellow hololive VTubers) is one of the most prolific musicians in VTubing with more than a few original songs composed by her.
Last year, hololive teamed up with Universal Music Group to create their own label called holo-n, though it’s unclear if this new song falls under the label.

Fans of Suicide Squad are likely looking forward to the anime; at least in comparison to the abysmal launch of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. At the time of writing the game is already on sale for 40% off despite being a “AAA” title that launched only a month ago.
The upcoming anime series is the latest project from WIT STUDIO which is known for their work on Spy x Family, Ranking of Kings, The Ancient Magus Bride, and more.
Suicide Squad Isekai is expected to premiere later this year as part of the Summer 2024 anime season.
