Those budget-priced yet full-sized throwback arcade cabinets we previously reported on are finally available to pre-order.

The first lineup of throwback arcade cabinets are now available to pre-order via Wal-Mart, GameStop, and of course – Bed Bath & Beyond, for those older gamers who are married yet miserable as they peruse the home-nesting retail chain.

While the MSRP for each cabinet is set to $299 a pop, we all know the shenanigans that can happen with sales or price gouging should there be a shortage of these bad boys. Here’s another look at the cabinet to scale, with the optional riser to give it that full cabinet height:

As we mentioned in our previous report, these are cabinets that are purchased unassembled, thus reducing the overall costs of the cabinets in regards to shipping and size. The at-home arcade cabinets are on track to be shipped to retailers sometime this fall.

Lastly, when asked by fans, Arcade1Up noted they’d love to do arcade cabinet re-releases of Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam, various wrestling titles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and “many more.” They also said they have “a long wish list.”
