Bravely Default II A Brave New Battle Gameplay Trailer

Bravely Default II

Square Enix have released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming JRPG sequel Bravely Default II; focusing on the basics of the Brave and Default system.

Players command Seth, Gloria, Elvis, and Adelle; in their mission to seek out elemental crystals causing havoc across the world. Unlock new jobs, learn new skills and abilities, and build a party that can fell any foe. Build up BP points with Default while blocking, then unleash multiple actions at once by spending them through Brave.

The new gameplay trailer focuses on the basics of this Brave and Default system; and the risks that come with constantly Braving and placing yourself into a BP deficit. This robs the character of any action, and is sure to be exploited by your foes. The new trailer also shows new enemies and bosses; including what seems to be the Monk Asterisk holder Horten.

As previously reported, those who play the Final Demo before launch will earn 100 Platinum Coins for their My Nintendo account. You can also find our prior coverage on the kingdoms of Savalon and Wisewold [12],  Raimdall, Holograd, the Asterisk Holders across the world, and other gameplay features.
