Sasaki and Miyano is an upcoming anime series that will premiere in January as part of the Winter 2022 anime season.
The series began in 2016 from creator Shou Harusono and is currently ongoing. The series follows high school students Shuumei Sasaki and Yoshikazu Miyano.
Miyano is a feminine young man who’s a fan of boys love comics even though it gets him teased. Meanwhile Sasaki is a delinquent-like upperclassman who takes an interest in the timid Miyano.
Together the two form a friendship and might even become something more.

The series is being worked on by Studio Deen, a studio largely known for their popular works such as Rurouni Kenshin, Ranma 1/2, and more recently KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!
