2K Games and developer Gearbox Software have announced when Borderlands 3 will be coming to Steam.
While the game becoming an Epic Games Store exclusive was less-than-warmly received (especially after comments made by Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford), the game is now returning to Steam, along side two premium editions. The Digital Deluxe Edition, and the Super Deluxe Edition.
Firstly, the Digital Deluxe Edition contains the following:
- “Retro Cosmetic Pack: Vault Hunter head & skin, Echo Device skin, weapon skin
- Neon Cosmetic Pack: Vault Hunter head & skin, Echo Device skin, trinket
- Gearbox Cosmetic Pack: weapon skin, trinket
- Toy Box Weapons Pack: 2 Toy guns, Toy grenade mod, trinket
- Equippable XP & Loot Drop Boost Mods”
The Super Deluxe Edition includes the Season Pass, and the Deluxe Bonus Pack (containing all content from the Digital Deluxe Edition).
The Season Pass- which contains four campaign DLC packs. The first of these (Moxxi’s Heist if the Handsome Jackpot) is already available, with “Guns, Love, and Tentacles” launching March 25th. Outlaws and Dinosaurs launches Summer 2020.
The Season Pass also contains the Butt Stallion pack, containing a weapon skin, weapon trinket, and grenade mod.
