Taiwanese indie game maker Sounding Stone has set a release date for Blood Lily Loop in Steam, and already has a demo available. 

Blood Lily Loop will be released on Steam on September 17th for PC (via Steam). The horror adventure game inspired by Cthulhu Mythos has the player find out what happened to their friend Lily.

To do so, the player must investigate items, talk to NPCs, and explore the world and unveil the abominable secret behind the world. The use of 2.5D camera work allows for an immersive gameplay.

The story is adapted from a tabletop RPG session the developers played with their friends, using the RPG Maker engine. There are three endings and it depends on the choices the player makes. Lily’s fate will also be dependent on the player’s actions.

• Lily – One of your best friends since college. She seems to be hiding something. “Sally, the love I feel…is different from yours…”
• You / Sally – A fresh graduate who just entered the workforce. You value your friends. “Lily, are you…hiding something from me?”
• Wiseman – A close friend you met in the occult club at university. She is wise, but a bit odd. “Happy birthday, Lily. I got you a book entitled The Dunwich Secrets.”
