Devolver Digital have announced the release date for Ronimo Games’ Early Access co-op dungeon crawler, Blightbound.

Blightbound entered Early Access on Windows PC in July 2020. A party of three players must team up and work together to save a fantasy world from a cursed fog that corrupts everything it touches. During their adventure, players will find valuable loot, and recover fallen heroes to add to their roster of playable characters.

Blightbound‘s release from Early Access will be accompanied by a big new update, as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, with full crossplay support. Some of the features that will be added ahead of the game’s full release include three new characters, a new dungeon with the Iron Maiden boss fight, and new items.

Blightbound gets a full release July 27th for Windows PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Blightbound is a multiplayer dungeon crawler that tasks three heroes to venture down from their mountain refuge to face the abominations of the Blight – a mysterious and corrupting fog that enshrouds the land.

Explore handcrafted dungeons, fight a terrifying cadre of mystical and monstrous enemies, grab valuable loot and recover fallen heroes to expand your roster of available warriors. Each player will fulfill a specific role on the team – warrior, assassin, or mage – to overcome colossal bosses and solve clever puzzles.
